There's No One Quite Like Grandma by Dorothy Snelson

Grandma loved Christmas.

She loved everything about it.

I’d swear she still believed in Santa . She couldn’t wait for December the twenty fifth to arrive.

Last year she came to Lapland with us, to see Santa. She was beside herself with excitement. She was more excited than the children. Santa sat on his sleigh handing out presents. Prancer and Dancer stood docilely by, until a certain someone, decided to take a closer look ,and tickled Dancer’s nose. Not a good idea. Mayhem ensued.

That’s how grandma came to be run over by a reindeer.

We’ll miss grandma this Christmas.
